HOMA BAY COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD GETS NEW COMMISSIONER.

COMMISSIONER ODUNDO SWORN IN
Homa Bay County Public Service Board today officially got a new commissioner, Tobias Odundo on a 6 year – term.
Commissioner Odundo was sworn in by the County Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon. Samuel Ochilo at the governor’s office compound in a brief ceremony.
Governor Awiti challenged the new commissioner to put into practice, the resourcefulness and good teamwork abilities that he possessed to ensure the continual functioning of the public service board.
Commissioner Odundo previously chaired a medical board at Sindo sub-county hospital and got employed to the public service board after the demise of Commissioner Joseph Manyala -who also hails from Suba- last year.
Odundo promised to be a team player and work in consultation with his colleagues during his term of service.
The function was attended by County Assembly Majority leader, Michael Ooro, county executives, county assembly leaders and the public.
