KSH. 500 CAUSED LIFE OF A 25 YEARS OLD IN SIAYA COUNTY.
Body of Queenter Atieno was found dumped by the roadside in Ugunja Bar center a day after leaving her parent's home to the nearby market to buy food stuffs that was to be used that evening in the house, according to the mother Mrs. Caroline, she said her daughter went to get supper at the nearing market and they were in communication until her phone went off only to be informed of the death the following morning by her neighbor.
"My sister left the market by 6:00Pm and she told me she was heading to her boyfriend Mr. Bonface Odhiambo's place so as to get KSH. 500 in order to pay their child's milk bills that had accumulated for couple of days, I believe Mr. Odhiambo killed my sister using electrical wire since there were some marks left on her neck," Said Afline Akinyi sister to the late.
The man who is suspected to have killed Queenter is held in a police station while police carryout their investigations on the same while body of the late was taken to the mortuary.
The parents are requesting the officers concerned to ensure justice is shown to them.
